Benito Garza

Hi my name is Benito A. Garza, I was born in Monterrey, Mexico. I hold a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Graduate School of Public Administration and Management, Hamline University. I finished on December 2003 and graduated in May 2004. Additionally, I hold a Masters in Public Accounting with a major in Finance from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon; which I finished on September 1999 and presented thesis on May 29^th, 2000. All of this in addition to a Public accountant and Auditor from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon which was finished in December 1996. I worked in Mexico as a Junior Accountant from 1994 to 1996. From 1996 to 2000, I worked as a Foreign Exchange Dealer on the night shift, from 10:30 pm to 7 am.

I came to Minnesota on June 11^th, 2000 and thank my friends who helped me to get where I am now. I will never forget their friendship. My experience as a Realtor is short but it has been and continues to be very rewarding. I am also a Mortgage Consultant, since May 2001. I have dealt with so many different cases in a short time that it has helped me to improve my knowledge in Real Estate which allows me to deliver the best service possible.

I currently live in Minneapolis but I had lived in Burnsville and Saint Paul.

I understood the importance of Real Estate immediately when I came to Minnesota; from that knowledge I have been a landlord since 2001. I also have the knowledge to help you with your investment property(ies) questions. I completely understand the responsibility of owning a house along with the monthly payments.

I am fluent in English and Spanish.
